On 14.10.2016, Farmer Awareness Programme was conducted at Bhawanipur and Ladpur, Gursahayganj, Kannauj, U.P. by PFDC, ICAR-CISH, Lucknow. About 25 farmers participated in the same. The participants were made aware about technologies developed by PFDC, ICAR-CISH like Drip irrigation, mulching and protected cultivation. Practical use of polyethylene mulching in potato was demonstrated at farmer’s field.
